What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define agent specifications.
• Design end-to-end Claude-powered solutions including system prompts, prompt chains, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Configure RAG and knowledge grounding from internal data sources.
• Build and integrate agents with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Author and maintain a library of prompts, skills, and reusable design patterns for the AI Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical or analytical roles.
• Hands-on experience with major LLM platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot Studio).
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering and system prompt design.
• Experience with low-code automation platforms like Power Automate or n8n.
• Literacy in REST, JSON, and webhooks for tool configuration.
• Fluency in English required.
