What you will do

• Partner with customer stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, user stories, and success metrics.
• Build production-grade services, APIs, and cloud-native components on AWS using Python.
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows utilizing Claude.
• Embed directly with client teams to prototype, deploy, and iterate solutions based on real-world feedback.
• Create technical artifacts, playbooks, and documentation to enable customers to extend solutions independently.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, including APIs and microservices.
• Deep experience building and deploying production solutions on AWS.
• Practical experience with LLMs, specifically Claude (prompting, tool-use patterns, and business integration).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic workflow design, including orchestration patterns and guardrails.
• Familiarity with structured and unstructured data pipelines and AI governance.
• Prior experience in consulting or field engineering roles.
