What you will do

• Own and evolve design systems using AI-first workflows to significantly increase EPD efficiency.
• Identify high-leverage friction points in design and research operations and rebuild them from the ground up using AI.
• Develop "Super Agents," scripts, and integrations for repetitive operational tasks.
• Implement AI coding assistants across Figma, research repositories, and component libraries.
• Strategically improve research rigor, design system consistency, and cross-functional handoff quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in design systems, design engineering, design operations, or technical program management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Active professional use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT with a portfolio of AI projects.
• Deep experience with modern design and research tooling (Figma, design tokens, component libraries).
• Strong technical fluency in APIs and automation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong bias toward action.

Nice to have

• Background in Engineering, Research, Design, or Product Management.
• Experience planning customer interviews and usability tests at scale.
• Track record of building internal AI tools or agents adopted by other teams.
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company.
