What you will do

• Embed with product engineering teams to observe AI-DLC workflows and translate friction points into actionable improvements.
• Design and build agentic workflows, including context-aware AI assistants, MCP servers, and internal copilots.
• Develop AI-driven development pipelines for spec-driven workflows, AI-assisted code review, and automation agents.
• Own and evolve AI quality pipelines, focusing on risk analysis, test generation, and failure triage based on real-world usage.
• Build integrations connecting AI tools to engineering systems such as codebases, IDPs, tickets, and runbooks.
• Implement evaluation frameworks using DORA and DX metrics to measure impact on developer productivity and AI adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and SQL Server with the ability to deliver production-quality solutions.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor) in daily development.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong developer experience mindset and product mindset for internal tooling.
