AI Architect (AI/Agentic Platforms): Designing and implementing an agentic loyalty platform for personalized engagement with an accent on agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and scalable AI production systems. Focus on building mission-critical AI agents, defining the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), and architecting multi-tenant data infrastructure.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid options available in St. Paul, MN.

Salary: $150,000–$215,000

What you will do

• Own product capabilities end-to-end from architectural decisions to production outcomes.
• Build and ship scalable AI agents for finance, healthcare, telecom, and commerce sectors.
• Define the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) and set standards for agent testing and evaluation.
• Develop a shared platform for agent orchestration, agentic workflows, and ML data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product leads and engineers to ensure platform compounding through user feedback.
• Contribute to hiring and shape the culture of an AI-native engineering organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience owning technical direction for a team or product.
• Proven track record of putting AI-powered systems (LLM, RAG, tool calling) into production.
• Strong architectural judgment in distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Daily professional use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Background in loyalty, fintech, marketing, or commerce platforms.
• Experience with multi-tenant platform architecture and data isolation.
• Knowledge of predictive models, personalization, and optimization.
