What you will do

• Oversee daily production line operations to ensure targets are met.
• Manage and analyze production KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve technical process issues to maintain safety, quality, and machine efficiency.
• Coordinate workflows across different production stages.
• Lead and develop the production team.
• Implement and drive WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Binh Duong, Vietnam.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in production management or a technical leadership role.
• Strong background in TPM or WCM methodologies.
• Solid mechanical background.
• Ability to manage and develop small teams.
