What you will do

• Identify electrical, thermal, and mechanical failures in components and packages.
• Perform physical failure analysis (PFA) using delayering, mechanical polishing, and electron microscopy.
• Prepare samples to isolate faults and conduct detailed investigations.
• Track and document failure analysis cases daily, collaborating with manufacturing teams for root cause fixes.
• Analyze results to establish root causes and propose corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Develop and automate failure analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• College Diploma in a technical field (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, or Materials).
• Basic English proficiency required.
• Analytical skills to handle tasks independently and follow RFC guidelines.
• Experience with failure analysis equipment (Microscope, X-ray, iTDR) is a significant advantage.
