What you will do

• Develop and execute the site WCM strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the deployment of WCM pillars and methodologies, including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
• Drive cost improvement by identifying productivity opportunities and optimizing resource utilization.
• Eliminate manufacturing losses to improve safety, quality, delivery, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Coach and mentor pillar leaders and cross-functional teams to embed a continuous improvement culture.
• Manage internal/external WCM assessments and audits to achieve higher maturity levels and certifications.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
• Knowledge of factory production processes.
• Proven ability to lead and audit teams.
• Strong Project Management skills.
