What you will do

• Lead oversight and direction for critical suppliers, including supplier audits and validations.
• Perform supplier process evaluations to identify and implement quality improvements.
• Drive strategic planning to enhance supplier productivity and reduce overall costs.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective action programs to resolve recurring quality problems.
• Create and maintain supplier-related metrics to track vendor performance and supply chain efficiency.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to Supplier Quality Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or scientific discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in an FDA regulated environment.
• Proven experience in Quality within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Merrimack, NH (hybrid model).
• Comfortable working in a Clean Room Environment.
