What you will do

• Provide input in the design control process to assist in developing and launching new products.
• Apply Quality Management System (QMS) knowledge to sustain manufacturing operations and manage supplier quality.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, yield enhancement, and cycle time reduction.
• Perform root-cause analysis for in-process quality assurance issues.
• Ensure departmental compliance with domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment (strongly preferred).
• Must be able to work on-site in Roseville, CA.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity.
