Salary: $104,800 - $157,200

What you will do

• Establish best practice standards and principles for equipment requirements and maintenance.
• Deploy the Enterprise Maintenance Excellence (MEx) roadmap leveraging Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Increase equipment uptime and resolve complex issues impacting manufacturing with a zero-downtime focus.
• Develop and deploy maintenance initiatives using root cause analysis and advanced problem-solving.
• Define and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Relevant experience in equipment or maintenance engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to enhance collaboration and project completion.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, reliability engineering, or equipment control.
• Experience in the application of Total Performance Maintenance (TPM).
• CMRP or CRL certification.
