What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects aligned with site strategy and value stream roadmaps.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement systemic solutions for chronic manufacturing issues.
• Develop and validate process, equipment, and test method improvements.
• Support capital justification, economic analysis, and project planning activities.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods to deliver sustainable results.
• Partner with operations and quality teams to ensure successful project implementation and transition to sustaining ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 0 years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Minnesota.
• Proficiency in structured problem-solving and project management.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments such as medical device or pharma.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools like Minitab or JMP.
• Background in NPI, manufacturing transfers, or scale-up activities.
• Experience with capital project execution and equipment validation.
