What you will do

• Serve as the electrical subject-matter expert for cardiac ablation platforms, including generators and energy delivery systems.
• Define electrical architectures and design strategies for RF and pulsed field ablation technologies.
• Lead detailed electrical design for high-voltage circuits, power electronics, isolation schemes, and grounding strategies.
• Establish and execute verification and validation strategies to ensure designs meet safety and reliability requirements.
• Own risk management activities related to electrical hazards, leakage currents, and patient return electrode monitoring.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers while influencing engineering standards and strategic technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience, Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required (sponsorship is available for this Principal-level role).
• Expertise in analog/digital mixed-signal design and safety-critical circuit design.
• Proficiency in EMC/ESD mitigation and medical device standards.
• Ability to work onsite in Mounds View, MN.
