What you will do
- Actively prospect and identify potential customer sites to sell and rent products within the assigned geographical area.
- Build and maintain strong transactional relationships with key decision-makers and current customers.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial customer contact to the final project closeout meeting.
- Act as a primary liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and project success.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitive landscapes within the territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of B2B sales processes and construction project lifecycles.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and market potential within the assigned territory.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work as an independent contributor while collaborating with internal departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence decision-makers.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participating employer)
