Account Manager (Social Media)

What you will do

• Develop innovative creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
• Create project briefs, timelines, and detailed project specification documents.
• Produce accurate cost estimates, manage client budgets, and ensure timely billing.
• Oversee the quality of final deliverables and manage both IRL and virtual event activations.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity within clients' categories.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven agency experience (social agency or client-side preferred).
• Proven experience in budget management and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong understanding of social channels and ATL production.
• Ability to think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in New York to accommodate the hybrid work schedule (2 days/week in office).
