Account Manager - Service/Repair (Engineering)

What you will do

• Exceed sales goals and quotas to grow service and repair revenue while reducing cancellations.
• Manage and nurture relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop long-term capital plans to address customers' short- and long-term building needs.
• Prepare detailed repair job proposals and service contract bids using estimating software.
• Perform site surveys and review blueprints to accurately estimate labor and job costs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and local elevator code requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Strong ability to work onsite in Oakland, CA.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
