What you will do

• Process, review, and follow up on sales orders to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Expedite orders and locate parts when demand exceeds supply.
• Analyze demand and usage to inform inventory control of potential stock issues.
• Communicate with account contacts regarding transactions, quotations, and shipping schedules.
• Assist in order processing and keep management informed on department operations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to support procurement and supply chain tasks.

Requirements

• At least two years of college education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer relations.
• Proficiency in personal computers and Office software (Word, Excel, Access).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
