What you will do

• Coordinate and lead the tracking process of vendor performance and deliverables through project and supply chain communications.
• Review and evaluate vendor production planning, shop workflow, and material acquisition to identify discrepancies.
• Calculate, track, and maintain liquidated damages according to contracted agreements.
• Prepare and present detailed status reports to project management.
• Organize and upload equipment shipping details to field material receiving systems.
• Monitor progress through shop visits to verify production status.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in expediting or procurement.
• BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical/Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of contract comprehension, mathematics, and project process management.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
