What you will do

• Evaluate carrier compliance, tender acceptance, and on-time service performance metrics.
• Lead end-to-end route guide management, including bid execution and post-bid analytics.
• Analyze bid and spot freight data to identify sourcing needs and cost-effective solutions.
• Support hirify.global Operations with regular KPI reviews and proactive analytical insights.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual meetings for external carriers and support EDI/Carrier Portal setups.
• Recommend new carriers based on data analysis and market knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Greensboro, NC, USA
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation management or procurement.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of truckload industry, major carriers, and transportation market trends.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and managing Truckload transportation.
• Expertise in Tableau and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Federal Regulations including DOT, FMCSA, CSA, and HOS.
