What you will do

• Deliver market-leading media plans in response to client and agency briefs.
• Drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new business development.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with insights, measurement, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns.
• Present campaign performance data with clear commercial recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in the advertising industry (media sales, retail media, or media agency).
• Proven track record in media sales or account management meeting targets.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Analytical proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for generating actionable insights.
• Good understanding of the UK media agency landscape.
• Confident communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
