What you will do

  • Support the TfL Partnership Team with account management and heavy administrative tasks.
  • Manage the TfL copy referral process and ensure all contractual commitments are met.
  • Produce a suite of weekly, quarterly, and annual reports, coordinating internally to meet strict deadlines.
  • Assist in creating decks for governance meetings, attending sessions, and capturing minutes and actions.
  • Organize team events, manage diary scheduling, and publish updates across internal communication platforms.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Partnership Director and Partnerships Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on structure and coherence.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability for delivered work.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for professional reporting and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to work to strict timelines and maintain a client-centric approach.
