What you will do

• Provide expert Tier 2 support for complex HR inquiries across Finland and the North Region.
• Execute HR programs including compensation reviews and performance appraisals.
• Perform HR data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage sensitive employee relations and grievances in compliance with labor laws.
• Optimize and maintain HR tools and platforms, with a focus on Workday.
• Design and deliver onboarding and training for team leads and members.

Requirements

• Fluent Finnish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience in HR/People Operations within Finland.
• Knowledge of Finnish labor laws and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with HR technology, specifically Workday.
• Ability to work in a digital-first, global environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Helsinki office (Hybrid).
