Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, or Prague

What you will do

  • Develop and implement global benefits, retirement, and well-being strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end benefit updates, vendor relationships, and budget allocation across multiple regions.
  • Drive global mobility initiatives, including tax compliance and relocation policies for EMEA and global regions.
  • Partner with the Sales organization to maintain job architecture and design competitive incentive plans.
  • Design and administer corporate recognition programs to drive employee engagement and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation, or HR operations within a multinational organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven expertise in designing global benefits and mobility processes, with preferred knowledge of EMEA laws.
  • Solid understanding of salary structures, market benchmarking, and sales incentive administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing outsourced vendors.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, or Prague.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Google Workplace and HiBob.
