What you will do
- Own and maintain department workforce plans, including headcount, priorities, and budget alignment.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, business unit leaders, HRBPs, and Finance to translate business goals into staffing priorities.
- Facilitate role scoping and intake discussions to ensure consistent level calibration and forecast accuracy.
- Develop executable hiring roadmaps and identify/remove blockers in the recruitment process.
- Provide leadership updates, forward-looking forecasts, and scenario planning for staffing demand.
- Govern headcount allocation and internal mobility to reflect actual organizational capacity.
Requirements
- Experience in workforce planning, staffing, recruiting operations, or HR business partnering.
- Proficiency in working with headcount plans, budgets, forecasts, and leadership reporting.
- Ability to use data and analytics to derive conclusions and support decision-making.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience building trust with senior stakeholders and managing ambiguity.
- Commitment to equitable and inclusive hiring practices.

- Experience in a global tech company.
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Experience supporting internal mobility or organizational planning.
- Track record of improving staffing processes at scale in large organizations.
