What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end customer contracting processes from RFP or sole source opportunity through closeout.
• Analyze and negotiate contractual terms and conditions directly with customers.
• Ensure all contractual agreements comply with company policies and federal, state, and local laws.
• Implement automation and leverage contract lifecycle management platforms to improve procedures.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to enable scalable and compliant contracting practices.
• Review vendor integrity questionnaires and ensure invoices align with contract terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Juris Doctorate or Masters in government procurement is a plus).
• Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Proven experience in customer or supplier-facing negotiations.
• Proficiency in MS 365 and project/contract management platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
