What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from Sales and Corporate teams.
• Review and analyze customer and vendor agreements to identify risks and recommend revisions.
• Draft, edit, and maintain standard legal documents and contract templates.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, tracking, and termination.
• Lead projects related to legal review, contract standardization, and process improvements.
• Ensure all contracts align with company policies, legal standards, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or contract negotiation.
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language and business concepts.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and risk assessment practices.
