Salary: $73,000 - $80,000

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements using company playbooks and contract management system like Agiloft
• Tag contract provisions, track review status, and coordinate with subject matter experts
• Work with commercial and legal teams to address risks and resolve contract issues
• Assist in creating and updating contract templates and playbooks
• Perform related administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, law, or relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience reviewing contracts, preferably mix of law-firm and in-house
• Demonstrable skills in negotiating contract provisions and risk allocation
• Effective communication for diverse audiences including senior management and external parties
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong work ethic

• Non-legal business or real-world experience
• Experience with contract management systems like Agiloft
