What you will do

• Lead consultative discovery and executive workshops to align technical capabilities with business outcomes.
• Architect and position observability and infrastructure intelligence solutions for mid-market customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and primary liaison for assigned reseller and channel partners.
• Enable partner technical teams through hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and architecture reviews.
• Assist partners in developing technical go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to provide insights and contribute to technical content.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and willing to travel up to 50% throughout North America.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise networking, routing, switching, and observability architectures.
• Hands-on experience with API-driven infrastructure, automation frameworks, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Proven experience in technical partner management, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent industry certifications.
• Experience with AI-assisted operations and infrastructure intelligence workflows.
• Background in supporting VAR, MSP, or systems integrator partnerships.
