What you will do
- Develop and maintain the growth of assigned accounts through new opportunity generation and churn prevention.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Technical Account Managers to drive account team strategy.
- Negotiate contracts to grow recurring revenue within the assigned territory.
- Drive customer adoption of both new and existing product portfolio offerings.
- Lead technical sales discussions and web demonstrations for potential clients.
- Manage CRM data to ensure accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility for management.
Requirements
- Proven ability to communicate technical and business concepts via telephone, web, and in-person presentations.
- Demonstrated history of meeting targets and KPIs in Inside Sales or Account Management roles.
- Strong understanding of territory management, including planning, prospecting, and closing.
- Ability to lead an account team and collaborate effectively across different internal groups.
Nice to have
- Experience selling solutions to Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Background in selling security-focused solutions.
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles and influencing C-suite executives.
- Experience working in a team-based sales environment.
