Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $52,500–$70,000

What you will do

  • Assist account managers with client relationship maintenance and sales inquiry follow-ups.
  • Enter and manage sales orders while coordinating with ad sales traffic teams.
  • Edit and proofread customer correspondence and sales contracts.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams regarding credit applications and contract approvals.
  • Generate and distribute weekly billed and booked reports.
  • Pull and distribute commercial logs to production teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales or media/entertainment.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Wide Orbit.
  • Familiarity with automation or AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
