TL;DR

Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, CA (in-office presence three days per week required)

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a book of growth-segment accounts to independently generate a qualified pipeline.
  • Develop deep domain expertise in verticals such as QSR, e-commerce, finance, and gaming to engage marketing leaders.
  • Conduct comprehensive account intelligence research, reviewing touchpoints and campaign history before outreach.
  • Execute multichannel outbound strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining a personalized, human approach to communication.
  • Contribute to the team's playbook by sharing successful strategies to accelerate new hire ramp-up.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Development or outbound roles, preferably in SaaS, adtech, or mobile apps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort in phone-based prospecting.
  • Proficiency with the SDR stack: Salesforce CRM, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and a bias toward depth and quality over outreach volume.
  • Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in-office three days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into marketing, data, growth, or product teams.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution, measurement, or the martech/ad-tech ecosystem.
  • Vertical depth in QSR, e-commerce, finance, gaming, streaming, or travel.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
