TL;DR

Sales Consultant (Digital Marketing): Converting warm leads into loyal customers through consultative selling and a one-call close approach with an accent on needs analysis and digital marketing solutions. Location: Hybrid from Fort Collins, CO (3 days per week in office). First week of training required in person at the Waltham, MA office.

Salary: $46,000–$51,000 base + $20,000 on-target commission (uncapped). Top performers earn $125,000+.

  • Convert warm leads into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Close new business daily in a fast-paced, one-call close environment.
  • Conduct needs analyses to understand prospect goals, challenges, and marketing opportunities.
  • Provide consultative recommendations that deliver value to customers and drive business results.
  • Inspire small business owners to leverage an evolving suite of digital marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant, successful sales experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Fort Collins, CO.
  • Proven drive to meet and exceed sales goals and motivation by performance-based rewards.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable overcoming objections and navigating customer concerns.
