What you will do

• Own end-to-end B2B demand generation strategy across broker, consultant, and employer segments.
• Design and operate a content-driven ABM engine targeting high-value accounts with precision and scale.
• Lead paid media strategy and execute multimillion-dollar budgets across digital display, SEM, CTV, and LinkedIn.
• Develop a content strategy and nurture programs that engage prospects across long sales cycles.
• Champion the implementation and evolution of modern AI tools across the marketing function.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, reporting directly to the CMO.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar paid media budgets.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and a clear strategy for their application in B2B marketing.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (evidenced by 401k and US health benefits).
