TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Architect and lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to maximize client success and hirify.global value.
  • Design scalable program governance and measurement approaches to optimize resources and margins.
  • Execute multi-workstream software and services projects at a program level for existing customers.
  • Act as an executive sponsor and point of escalation in critical customer forums and SteerCo sessions.
  • Define short and long-term program roadmaps in partnership with client and internal executive sponsors.
  • Mentor the Professional Services organization by developing reusable assets and program management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of related experience.
  • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-grade customer engagements in Professional Services or Management Consulting.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience in C-suite engagement and executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM, PSA, and collaboration tools like Salesforce, Kantata, and Smartsheet.

Nice to have

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Experience implementing Customer Success or CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, subscription models, and change-management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
