Salary: $154,700 - $252,000 USD

What you will do
- Diagnose and prioritize high-impact business problems, developing hypotheses to improve operational efficiency.
- Design scalable processes and operating models to reduce friction in the sales cycle and increase seller productivity.
- Develop governance frameworks, policies, and guardrails to ensure consistent execution across the organization.
- Create high-quality, decision-ready recommendations and presentations for executive alignment.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between Sales, Central Operations, Revenue Strategy, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of transformations, from initial problem framing and rollout planning to adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or consulting.
- Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations and plans.
- Experience designing and implementing standardized, scalable processes that improve end-user experience.
- Strong executive communication skills and a track record of influencing cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change from framing through to full adoption.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Experience in the digital advertising industry.
- Experience working in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
- Familiarity with sales tools, workflow automation, and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Background in strategy or transformation roles, ideally with a transition from consulting to in-house.
