What you will do

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Translate company-level strategies and goals into structured, executable programs.
• Manage complex, multi-workstream deliveries from definition through execution, identifying risks and resolving blockers.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Implement governance frameworks and process improvements to increase delivery effectiveness and transparency.
• Utilize data and program metrics to monitor progress and support decision-making at all levels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience leading strategic, company-wide initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently manage large programs end-to-end across multiple business domains.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Asana.
• Experience leading change management and scaling operational processes across an organization.
• Must be based in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
