What you will do

• Lead strategic programs and transformation initiatives to improve the client operating model across onboarding, retention, and service scalability.
• Design scalable service frameworks, segmentation strategies, and operational processes to enhance business efficiency.
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Champion AI adoption and workflow automation to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor client health, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
• Guide stakeholders through organizational change and workflow adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, or program management within SaaS, e-commerce, or technology environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic transformation.
• Strong experience designing scalable operating models and service frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in solving ambiguous business problems using data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Must be based in the United States.
