What you will do
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across Sales Ops, Enablement, Deals Desk, and Analytics.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CRO to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead handoff through deal closure and booking.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools for predictive forecasting, pipeline analytics, and workflow automation.
- Design and implement sales compensation plans and territory models to drive performance.
- Manage executive and Board of Directors reporting, ensuring data integrity and system scalability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance, with at least 5 years at the VP level.
- Deep expertise in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Qlik.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and sales enablement technologies.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Clari and Gong platforms.
- Background in P&L management and financial planning.
