Focus on implementing AI-enabled tools, optimizing the sales technology stack, and leading cross-functional alignment to scale a global subscription-based business.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across Sales Ops, Enablement, Deals Desk, and Analytics.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CRO to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead handoff through deal closure and booking.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools for predictive forecasting, pipeline analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Design and implement sales compensation plans and territory models to drive performance.
  • Manage executive and Board of Directors reporting, ensuring data integrity and system scalability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance, with at least 5 years at the VP level.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Qlik.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and sales enablement technologies.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Clari and Gong platforms.
  • Background in P&L management and financial planning.
