What you will do
- Own the end-to-end renewal pipeline in Salesforce and maintain rolling multi-quarter forecasts.
- Report on NRR, GRR, churn, and ARR-at-risk to leadership and Finance.
- Triage engagement levels, deciding between straight-through processing, CSM partnership, or AE engagement.
- Lead commercial discussions and case-by-case interventions to de-escalate risk and progress renewals.
- Design automated renewal communication workflows and optimize Salesforce tooling.
- Drive the integration of AI to scale renewal motions and transition toward strategic oversight of AI-driven workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (Atlanta area preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or subscription businesses with direct renewal pipeline ownership.
- High proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with billing systems like Zuora.
- Proven ability to build recurring revenue forecasts and communicate metrics to senior leadership.
- AI-native mindset with the ability to define business problems for AI development.
- Strong executive presence and maturity in customer-facing commercial conversations.
Nice to have
- Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero.
- Background in video streaming, AdTech, or media SaaS.
- Experience in sales or revenue operations within high-growth SaaS environments.
