What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal pipeline in Salesforce and maintain rolling multi-quarter forecasts.
  • Report on NRR, GRR, churn, and ARR-at-risk to leadership and Finance.
  • Triage engagement levels, deciding between straight-through processing, CSM partnership, or AE engagement.
  • Lead commercial discussions and case-by-case interventions to de-escalate risk and progress renewals.
  • Design automated renewal communication workflows and optimize Salesforce tooling.
  • Drive the integration of AI to scale renewal motions and transition toward strategic oversight of AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (Atlanta area preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or subscription businesses with direct renewal pipeline ownership.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with billing systems like Zuora.
  • Proven ability to build recurring revenue forecasts and communicate metrics to senior leadership.
  • AI-native mindset with the ability to define business problems for AI development.
  • Strong executive presence and maturity in customer-facing commercial conversations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero.
  • Background in video streaming, AdTech, or media SaaS.
  • Experience in sales or revenue operations within high-growth SaaS environments.
