TL;DR
Sales Development Operations Manager (SaaS): Owning the operational backbone of the global XDR organization to optimize systems, data, and workflows with an accent on lead routing and tech stack evolution. Focus on building a trusted data foundation and high-visibility reporting to drive operational intelligence for XDR leadership.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote). Must be authorized to work in the country of employment without current or future visa sponsorship.
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000

What you will do
- Own lead routing, territory assignment, and lifecycle management for global XDR teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Optimize and evolve the XDR tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Nooks, Aircover, and Marketo.
- Build and enhance a trusted data foundation, operationalizing ICP, signal schemas, and enrichment pipelines.
- Define and monitor high-visibility reporting on activity metrics and pipeline targets in partnership with Marketing Analytics.
- Develop the infrastructure for XDR onboarding, ramp, and growth programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align CRM governance and establish operational playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Marketing, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Advanced Salesforce proficiency, including routing rules, workflows, and account/lead management.
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms, intent tools (6sense), and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo).
- Strong analytical capability to build reporting frameworks and translate data into actionable leadership decisions.
- Ability to build trust with senior sales leaders across multiple time zones and regions.
- Valid work authorization in the country of employment (no sponsorship provided).
