inDrive is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join their Global Staff Department in Cyprus and help create a seamless and engaging experience for new employees from day one. This role is based in Limassol with a hybrid work model and close collaboration across Recruiting, HR, IT, and Operations teams.

What you’ll do:
— own the full new hire journey from signed offer through onboarding and first months in the company
— design and improve scalable preboarding and onboarding programs
— coordinate transitions from ATS to HRIS while ensuring data accuracy
— partner with Recruiting teams and Hiring Managers to support smooth onboarding processes
— organize onboarding sessions and employee integration activities for global teams
— maintain onboarding materials, checklists, guides, and internal documentation
— gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to improve employee experience
— drive onboarding process optimization and automation initiatives

What they’re looking for:
— experience in onboarding, HR operations, or a similar role
— strong organizational and multitasking skills
— excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
— proactive and improvement-oriented mindset
— full professional proficiency in English
— experience in international and multicultural environments is a plus
