What you will do

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s H&S framework.
• Perform workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Evaluate compliance with H&S regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures.
• Maintain meticulous H&S documentation, including risk assessments, incident reports, and training records.
• Investigate workplace accidents and near misses using root cause analysis.
• Coordinate H&S training programs, employee inductions, and emergency preparedness activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Health & Safety or HSE role.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus Health & Safety legislation.
• Fluency in both Greek and English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
