What you will do

  • Lead the administration of compensation programs, salary structures, and market benchmarking for EMEA and APAC.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leadership to provide strategic compensation guidance and recommendations.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus planning, and salary review processes.
  • Conduct compensation analyses, labor market studies, and internal equity reviews to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with international, regional, and local compensation laws, including pay transparency requirements.
  • Evaluate and optimize compensation systems, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools to improve data integrity and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in international compensation administration and analytics.
  • Experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC compensation programs within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with compensation planning tools and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate complex compensation concepts to leadership.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

  • CCP certification or equivalent compensation certification.
