We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Manage compensation & salary review processes
• Oversee employee benefits and rewards programs
• Support payroll coordination and HR operations
• Conduct market benchmarking & compensation analysis
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations

🔹 Requirements

✔ 3+ years of HR / Compensation & Benefits experience
✔ Strong knowledge of payroll, rewards & performance management
✔ Experience with HR systems and reporting
✔ Excellent communication and analytical skills
