TL;DR

What you will do

  • Handle complex and sensitive employee inquiries across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for HR processes, policies, and systems.
  • Manage and resolve cases within ServiceNow while ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Process complex HR transactions in SuccessFactors with high accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain SOPs and knowledge articles.
  • Mentor, train, and support the onboarding of team members to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably within shared services or HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
  • Experience supporting HR operations across multiple European countries.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and regional labor law considerations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia for a hybrid work model.

  • Familiarity with Works Councils and employee representative structures.
