Salary: $85–$300 per hour (depending on licensure)

What you will do

• Provide virtual telemedicine consultations via video and phone for fertility, menopause/perimenopause, and low testosterone/men’s health concerns.
• Deliver evidence-based care following ACOG, ASRM, The Menopause Society, AUA, and Endocrine Society standards.
• Order and interpret labs, manage medications, and coordinate referrals for higher-acuity or in-person care.
• Document clinical visits accurately in Carrot systems, including treatment plans and informed consent.
• Utilize inclusive, trauma-informed communication to support a diverse member population, including LGBTQ+ individuals.
• Maintain active licensure and compliance with multi-state telemedicine regulations and specialty certifications.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one U.S. state.
• MD, DO, PA, or APRN/NP licensure in relevant specialties (OB/GYN, REI, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urology, or Endocrinology).
• 3-5+ years of active clinical experience in early fertility support, menopause, or low testosterone/men's health.
• MSCP certification required for menopause specialists (or actively in progress).
• Ability to commit to approximately 10–15 hours per week.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and applicable telemedicine privacy and security requirements.

Nice to have

• IMLC licensure.
• Obesity medicine training, ABOM certification, or experience with metabolic health support.
• Prior experience in digital health or multi-state telemedicine environments.
• Fluency in an additional language.
• Experience supporting diverse or historically underserved populations, including LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse individuals.
