What you will do

• Conduct independent, remote case reviews evaluating medical necessity and quality of care.
• Provide evidence-based written determinations following established clinical guidelines.
• Support utilization reviews, appeals, and hearings.
• Maintain high standards of clinical integrity, neutrality, and objectivity.
• Meet established turnaround deadlines for case assessments.

Requirements

• Must be an actively practicing Rheumatologist seeing patients at least 20 hours per week.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted U.S. license/certification.
• Board certified by an ABMS or AOA-recognized board.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in rheumatology.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a secure, remote environment.
