What you will do

• Develop pediatric clinical guidelines and evidence-based frameworks to inform AI models and care programs.
• Translate clinical knowledge into structured content for product, engineering, and data teams.
• Validate AI-generated recommendations for clinical accuracy, safety, and developmental appropriateness.
• Design pediatric care pathways, assessment criteria, and outcome metrics.
• Propose innovative ways to use AI and digital tools to reshape pediatric care.
• Identify and resolve clinical risks as the product evolves.

Requirements

• Active medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.
• Proven clinical experience across broad pediatric health.
• Ability to create clinical documents, frameworks, and structured deliverables.
• Strong written communication in English.
• Must be based in Portugal.
• Must possess a valid EU visa.
