What you will do

• Provide expert consulting in clinical and digital health domains to support sales managers and pre-sales activities.
• Analyze client needs to propose optimizations for clinical and administrative processes in healthcare providers.
• Develop and lead training programs on EHR, EMR, PACS, FHIR/HL7, and AI applications in medicine.
• Ensure development teams understand clinical workflows and strict regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Monitor MedTech market trends and competitor landscapes to support business strategy.
• Mentor junior specialists and contribute to the company's Center of Excellence (CoE).

Requirements

• Higher medical education and 10+ years of clinical practice experience.
• Experience in consulting or project work within Health IT, Pharma, or MedTech.
• English proficiency level from Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
• Practical experience working with medical equipment and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Academic degree and publications in specialized medical journals.
• Additional education in business, management, or IT.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• International experience, including internships or conferences in Europe, USA, Asia, or the Middle East.
