hirify.global is an early-stage company building a mental health program for kids that collaborates with school staff to provide earlier intervention and better coordinated care.

What you will do

• Design and operationalize clinical quality strategies and monitoring frameworks for a network spanning 20+ states and 400+ clinicians.
• Define and measure evidence-based clinical supervision standards to be integrated into the broader clinical scorecard.
• Own HIPAA compliance, incident management, grievance workflows, and payer audit readiness across all operating jurisdictions.
• Establish performance standards for the clinician network and design re-education pathways and escalation criteria.
• Lead and develop a quality team, influencing workflows across clinical, product, operations, and support functions.
• Present quality trends and clinical risk signals to the leadership team and inform board-level reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building clinical quality infrastructure from the ground up in behavioral health environments.
• Work authorization for the US (W2) and ability to pass E-Verify is required.
• Deep working knowledge of HIPAA, multi-state telehealth regulations, and behavioral health licensing requirements.
• Experience managing external regulatory relationships with payers, auditors, or state agencies.
• Experience designing clinical supervision competency frameworks in distributed settings.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
